pharmpy.modeling.solve_ode_system(model)[source]#

Replace ODE system with analytical solution if possible

Warning

This function can currently only handle the most simple of ODE systems.

Parameters:

model (Model) – Pharmpy model object

Returns:

Model – Pharmpy model object
