pharmpy.modeling.remove_predictions(model, to_remove=None)

Remove predictions and/or residuals

Remove predictions from estimation step.

Parameters:

• model (Model) – Pharmpy model

• to_remove (Optional[Iterable[str]]) – Predictions to remove

Returns:

Model – Pharmpy model object

Examples

>>> model = remove_predictions(model)
