pharmpy.modeling.set_michaelis_menten_elimination(model)[source]#

Sets elimination to Michaelis-Menten.

Note that the parametrization is not the usual, but is instead using a CLMM parameter.

Initial estimate for CLMM is set to CL and KM is set to \(max(DV)/2\).

Parameters:

model (Model) – Pharmpy model

Returns:

Model – Pharmpy model object
